Before starting the dispenser, check whether all the buttons in its electric control system are in the original position, whether the operating handle of the equipment is in the correct position, whether the fasteners are tight, whether the operating parts are flexible, and whether the limit devices and safety protection devices are in good condition and can work normally.

Before the operation of the dispenser, a trial run should be carried out. If there is no problem with the trial run, then the operation can be officially started.

Calibrate nozzle

Randomly detect the flow difference between the two nozzles on the spray bar. If it exceeds 10%, all nozzles need to be replaced.

If the spray angle and sector are incomplete, check whether the nozzle is blocked and clean it in time. If the wear is serious, replace the nozzle with a new one in time.

Prepare standby nozzle and replace it in time in case of nozzle wear and blockage during the operation season.

Check the electronic control system

The medicine box can be soaked in clean water for 1-2 days if there is a lot of residue in the medicine. Proper addition of detergent is helpful for cleaning.

Flush the water circuit 2-3 times to clean the pesticide residues in the water circuit.

Filter, check and clean the filter screen of the filter on the pipeline, and replace the damaged filter screen in time.

Check the water system

Check the leakage and reduce the waste of chemicals and environmental pollution.

Due to the corrosion of chemicals, the water system of the dispenser is prone to crack, aging, dripping and leakage. Therefore, when flushing the water circuit, carefully check the position where leakage is likely to occur.

The water separator is a place prone to drip and leakage, especially the on-off valve, pressure relief valve, etc. Frequent switch and chemical corrosion lead to piston loosening and deformation. In case of leakage, contact the manufacturer of the applicator to purchase relevant accessories for replacement. It is recommended to replace the water separator with serious leakage or aging.

The pipelines and connections are also the places where leakage is easy to occur. It is necessary to carefully check and replace the old pipelines and joints.

After inspection, maintenance and replacement, fill the dispenser with half a box of clean water and go to the field to "slip". In order to check the actual operation of the applicator in the field, and check the condition of the mechanical power system. If there is any problem, it should be repaired in time.
